What to expect in your 60 minute consultation
Introduction and goal-setting
In your first consultation, your practitioner will introduce themselves—if not already in the clarity call—and provide an overview of the process and program. They will also work with you to identify your health goals and create a plan for achieving them.
Creation of an action plan
Based on your goals and the challenges you are facing, your practitioner will help you create a wellness action plan for moving forward. This plan will include specific steps, targeted advanced lab testing, self-guided courses, and more to overcome obstacles and make progress toward achieving your goals.
Deep dive assessment
Your practitioner will review your health history, concerns, and goals thoroughly to understand the best approach towards achieving a healthier you. You'll also go over your lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, medications, and supplements that may or may not be working for you currently.
Ongoing support
Your practitioner will also discuss the ongoing support and resources that will be available to you throughout the program. This may include access to additional tools and resources, ongoing check-ins, and support from your practitioner between sessions.
